After wearing them around the house several times, I was comfortable taking them out in the real world. They are so great for my feet. I have arthritis in my big toes, and with my MBT's I feel absolutely NO PAIN. It takes a little while to get used to the rocking feeling, but now I barely notice it. I think this MBT is great for narrower feet, like mine.
